Empirical studies of the guidelines for building a business case and gathering evidence of RAs in industry. The guidelines are composed of the context of RAs in industry, and four empirical studies. The four empirical studies are used as follows. To answer RQ 1, there are two studies: a survey to check existing value-driven data in organizations and a case study to calculate the ROI of adopting an RA. To answer RQ 2, there are two studies: a focus group to determine the set of criteria about RAs important for an organizations and a template survey to gather evidence about the previously identified relevant aspects of RAs.
